He got into real estate because he saw how much it mattered. A good deal can change someone's financial situation for years. A bad one can do the same. He wanted to be the person in the room who actually knew what was happening and could help people navigate it without the noise.
Today, Ethan holds a PSA designation and works across Kent, Muskegon, and Newaygo counties. He focuses on residential buyers and sellers, and works with investors who want a local operator who can read a deal. His approach is the same regardless of transaction size: honest, prepared, and present.
